SHIPPING
Free Shipping On All Orders Over $15
Free shipping on orders $15 and up, flat $4.00 shipping for orders under $15 (due to increased shipping costs across all carriers, starting in October 2021 we've increased our flat rate shipping fee to $4.00 until further notice).
US Shipping Only
Currently, we only ship within the 50 US states, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO. International shipping is unavailable through WeIncense.com.
Most orders will ship via USPS with a 3-5 day shipping time. Once available, your tracking information should show an estimated delivery date. Occasionally, orders will ship via UPS or FedEx with a 3-7 day shipping time. Once available, your tracking information should show an estimated delivery date.
WeIncense cannot guarantee delivery dates due to the many factors outside of our control.
Shipping destinations outside the U.S. lower 48 states, DC, and PR:
- This includes: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, APO/FPO, MP, VI, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau
- Due to rising shipping costs and surcharges, Bulk Pack items now only ship to the lower U.S. 48 states, DC, and Puerto Rico - we can no longer ship Bulk Pack items to the locations listed above. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- We reserve the right to cancel any orders due to extreme shipping costs. If we have any issues like this, we will reach out to you via email same or next business day and you will be issued a full refund. If you have questions ahead of time, please never hesitate to email us at team@weincense.com.
All Orders Ship To You From Within the United States
Most orders ship from our warehouse in the state of Georgia. It is important to us that you get your order fast - orders will never ship to you from outside of the US.
Our free shipping deal only applies once per order. If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to an address issue, and you wish us to re-ship the order, there will be a shipping charge to ship your order a second time. We do this by refunding your original order minus the shipping charge - you can then reorder with free shipping.
Missing Packages
It is the recipient's responsibility to ensure the security of the delivery location. We generally do not honor 'Not Received' claims for orders where tracking information shows as delivered.
Returned Packages
Packages returned to us by the carrier due to an address or access-related issue can be refunded with a shipping charge deducted. The deducted shipping charge will be equal to our current flat-rate standard shipping charge.
Aerosol Products
All orders containing any aerosol products will ship via Ground Shipping only, and may take a few extra days to arrive.
RETURNS
30 Day Free Returns
We accept returns, for unused items in original packaging and condition, within 30 days of the date your order is shipped.
We do not accept returns for items listed under the BULK PACKS section of the site.
Contact us at team@weincense.com for a return label. Please include your order number in the Subject line of the email.
In rare cases, WeIncense may make the decision to no longer offer returns to certain individuals (based on name, address, IP address, etc) on a case by case basis due to return frequency, or other factors. This policy helps us keep our 30 Day Free Return policy available to everyone.
Full refunds are made as long as items are returned in the original condition they were shipped in.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, items we sell do not come with a warranty outside of our return policy.
Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
HANDLING
Same or Next Business Day For Most Orders
We pride ourselves on quickly fulfilling orders. Most orders received before 12pm EST will ship same business day and orders received after that time will ship next business day.
On the rare occasions there is an issue fulfilling your order, we will reach out to you via email same or next business day.
Some other orders occasionally may require up to 3 business days handling time before shipping.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancel Anytime Before Your Order Ships
You can request to cancel an order for a full refund any time before the order ships. Contact us at team@weincense.com to cancel an order. Please include your order number in the Subject line of the email.
While rare, WeIncense reserves the right to proactively cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: out-of-stock items, logistical issues, perceived risk of fraud, and general customer service decisions. Orders cancelled by WeIncense.com will be refunded in full unless otherwise required.
SECURITY & YOUR INFORMATION
Payment Information
WeIncense.com does not handle or store your payment information, and has no ability to do so. Your payments are securely processed by Shopify Payments, a well-known and trusted payment provider.
Login Information
If you setup an account, WeIncense.com has no ability to view or share your login information and will never do so.
Personal Information
It is important to us that you trust us with your information, and we take it seriously.
WeIncense.com abides by applicable US laws with regards to your personal information provided to fulfill orders, sign up for newsletters, etc.
Some third-party tools we use to communicate with you and analyze data may require us to store your contact or other non-financial information within those tools (for example, Mailchimp & Google Analytics).
We do not share information with or sell information to 3rd parties for their own marketing purposes. We will never provide personal information to other parties to contact you directly unless you specifically opt in to allow it or we are legally required or compelled to do so.
COMMUNICATION
We don't send marketing and newsletters often - at most, once or twice a week.
We will only send you marketing emails and newsletters if you have opted in via WeIncense.com. These communications will always contain easy opt-out features.
Order and system-related emails, in general, cannot be opted out of, simply because we have to be able to communicate certain information to you to fulfill your order and provide our high level of service.
If you are ever unhappy with the type or frequency of communications you receive from us, and don't know how to change it, email us at team@weincense.com and we will take a look.
If you would like to close an account you've created with us and have your account data deleted, please email us at team@weincense.com and we will take care of that for you.
